For the Brazilian Supreme Court, an incriminated third party may access information about them
The majority of 2ND Panel of the Supreme Court (Pet. No. 8.219) ruled that a third party incriminated in a plea bargain agreement has the right to access all sections that mentions them.
According to the Supreme Court’s Binding Precedent No. 14, the decision restricted the third party’s right to access to the documents that have already been enclosed to the case records and forbade access to documents regarding ongoing investigation.
